My goodness, I can't believe it! The three of us were still sick. Dear daughter and son both sneezing and coughing but they don't have fever anymore which is a good news. On the other hand, I'm still coughing from time to time and my throat still hurts :( I've been drinking salabat, chewing fresh ginger but I still have a sore throat. Oh well, I guess that's the way it goes.

So what is Intermittent explosive disorder (IED) mean? According to wikipedia, intermittent explosive disorder is a behavioral disorder characterized by extreme expressions of anger, often to the point of uncontrollable rage, that are disproportionate to the situation at hand. It is currently categorized in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders as an impulse control disorder.

How to treat Intermittent Explosive Disorder?
Treatment is achieved through both cognitive behavioral therapy and psychotropic medication regiments. Therapy aids in helping the patient recognize the impulses in hopes of achieving a level of awareness and control of the outbursts, along with treating the emotional stress that accompanies with these. I know someone who acts differently and I'm not quite sure if he has the intermittent explosive disorder, but he already seek medical help. I just hope he'll get better soon.

Dear hubby and the kids like Omelette. Last week, he made Omelette in a bag and it was so delicious. When he's home, he always take care of the kids and cook for breakfast as well. He always helped me with everything in the house, taking of the kids, etc. He's such an amazing partner and father to our kids. He's the best!


Ingredients:
2 Large Eggs
1 Tablespoon of Cheese
1 Tablespoon or so of any other ingredient you like in your omelette (like bacon or onion) - Optional
1 Small Ziploc Bag

Directions:
1. Crack eggs right into the small Ziploc bag. Add the cheese and any option ingredients you like. Seal the bag, squish the ingredients to mix. "Burp" the air out.
2. Bring a medium-sized pan of water to a heavy boil.
3. Drop Ziploc baggie into the boiling water. Boil for 5 minunte.
4. Carefully, remove baggie from the water. Open the bag and roll the omelette onto a plate.
