Hinalang Na Manok (Spicy Chicken)
I've been craving for something spicy so I decided to cook Hinalang Na Manok or Spicy Chicken. Hinalang na Manok is a combination of native chicken, mixed it with onion, ginger, pepper, red hot chili, garlic, and coconut milk. Boy, it was so good! I had some leftover so I might eat them tomorrow. Yehey!
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium size ginger
1 pepper
2 red hot chili
1 can coconut milk
salt to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Put chopped onion, ginger, pepper, coconut milk and and garlic. Bring to boil. Place chicken and boil for about 30-60 minutes or until done (depends on how thick chicken is). Add red hot chili.
